Winter is the perfect time for ice cream

According to one theory eating ice cream in winter is an excellent idea. Is it true? Is eating ice cream at low temperatures doesn’t harm our bodies?

Doctors don’t discourage the absorption of ice cream in winter, because we eat them slowly, usually in areas where there is temperature of 20-21° C. The difference in temperature and hypothermia throat is not as violent as on a hot day. In summer this difference is significant. The throat is exposed not only on cooling but even to damage.

Certainly it is a myth the treatment of angina with ice cream. The theory is based on the fact that the cold kills bacteria. Unfortunately we aren’t able to verify what type of angina ails us. If this is purulent angina, eating ice cream we go from bad to worse only the state of our throat.

It is good idea to eat ice cream in this time?

Of course! Doctors recommend eating ice cream for example, after tonsillectomy or tooth extraction. In addition, ice cream include milk and cream, so they are extremely  rich in calcium.

How to keep New Year’s resolutions?

Don’t do endless list of great plans
Determine the maximum three things that you like to do/change.

Examine if you are able to meet the resolutions
Maybe some are simply  unrealistic and abstract? If you love chocolate and you can’t live a day without her, enjoy this love and don’t bother. If you want to reduce the sugar in your diet, you better stop sweetened coffee.

Write down the decision and determine a plan of action
If you want to explore Scandinavia, think about when you can take a holiday, look for cheap flights and accommodation, make an estimate to already begin to accumulate money. Think about the trip as a fact, not a dream.

Take concrete steps
If you want to start practicing, buy a gym pass, then you will feel foolishly if you won’t use it.

Don’t put resolutions
Start work right away. You can wait a month and plans won’t to dissipate.

Remember to develop habits in themselves
New habits are formed at different rates, depending on the personality, we develop habit in themselves within 30 days. Quickly, right? So we need only a month eating five small meals a day, that later this will the habit.

If you don’t know how to keep resolutions and don’t to discourage, think about the real benefits that will arise from your consequences
Regular exercise and diet: more interest in the opposite sex, better health, elastic body. Save these benefits on a piece and hang it in a prominent place.

Share your plans with your loved one, ask for support and understanding
Surround yourself with people who support you and are full of energy, they will help you keep up resolutions.

Water source of live and health

We don’t need to convince anyone that the water should be drinking. But which we need choose? Can we trust our tap water? And no less important… how much we need to drink? 8 glass? 12?

How much water we need to drink?
Our mistake is that we don’t drink water regularly, we reach for it when we feel thirsty, and that’s a sign of dehydration! Unfortunately, drinking a glass or even the bottle then, won’t change a lot. Water should be consumed in small quantities regularly throughout the day to maintain optimal hydration level. On average, there are about 2 liters, but there are people who need more fluid.

Tap water or from bottle?
Spring water
Spring water is extracted from pristine sources from shallower underground layers. This water contains less than 1, 000 mg of minerals per liter. Due to the geological conditions may undergo minor changes.
Mineral water
Mineral water is extracted from deepwater drilling. This water has a constant chemical composition and is quite rich in minerals. In addition, may contain dissolved gases of natural origin. Most often it’s the water that gained minerals from the dissolution of minerals or rock, through which flows.
Tap water
Tap water with its composition is similar to the spring water, so is low mineralized and unstable in composition. According to the regulations on the quality of drinking water, the tap water coming out from waterworks must meet certain criteria for microbiological, physical, chemical and organoleptic. Thus, it’s safe.

Sparkling water or still water?
The water artificially saturated with CO2 is recommended after exercise because absorbs more quickly from the alimentary canal and stimulates and stimulates the production of urine. As a results, the body easily gets rid of the accumulated toxins during exercise. Isn’t recommended for people with  stomach problems and convalescents after jaundice.

Flavored water or natural water?
Water is water! Water doesn’t contain juices, syrups, sugar or sweeteners. If we add to water anything that will change the taste, smell, color, then we add calories, this is drink already!
